This is a 3D postcard from North Korea showing a memorial site on Mount Pongwha about Kim Hyong Jik.
Jik was a Korean independence activist (while being occupied by Japan) and he was the father of North Korean founder Kim Il-sung, grandfather of Kim Jong-il, and great-grandfather of the current leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-un.
