Flag made in the Soviet Union. On the front there is Russian language and on the back is Latvian languages. This banner is made of silk instead of velvet. The letters are sewn on. The text on the front of the banner reads:”Proletarians of all countries, unite! Leningrad District Committee of the Communist Party of Latvia, Executive Committee of the District Council of People’s Deputies, District Committee of the LKSM of Latvia”, and under the head of Lenin:”The winner of the socialist competition for the high quality of labor in every workplace”.
The back of the banner reads the same as the front of the banner but in Latvian language along with the Latvia coat of arms.
